No charge standard shipping Policy for an online order of $250 or more

* Get standard shipping at no charge for an order of $250 or more (after the applicable discounts and before applicable taxes)

*This offer is valid only for:

i. Online orders; and

ii. Orders made and delivered in Canada.

* The standard shipping fees will automatically be deducted upon placing an order.

* Lumen offers to recuperate, product returned by the Customer at no charge, the whole subject to our Return Policy.  However, we do not accept collect on delivery service.

* No charge shipping or returned product recuperation may not be eligible for certain areas or destinations, the whole at Lumen’s sole discretion.

* Lumen reserves the right, at any moment, even after the online transaction is completed, to require the payment of shipping fees by the Customer, in which case the Customer may then decide to cancel, modify, or limit the concerned order, in accordance with the Cancellation and amendement Policy for an online order.

* Lumen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose fees to recuperate returned product.

* This No charge standard shipping Policy may be modified, superseded or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice from Lumen.

 

Online order shipping Policy

* Product acquired online will be delivered to the address stated in the online purchase order within ten (10) days of the date upon which the Customer receives Lumen’s written confirmation that the purchased article is in stock and ready to ship, the whole subject to the terms, conditions, amendments or otherwise that may be made by Lumen, without notice and at Lumen’s sole discretion.

* If an order is composed of many articles, Lumen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to wait until all ordered articles are in stock before shipping the order.  In such event, the delivery delay established in the preceding paragraph will only begin the date on which the Customer receives a confirmation from Lumen that all articles contained in the Customer’s order are in stock and ready to ship, the whole subject to terms, conditions, amendments or otherwise that may be made by Lumen, without notice and at Lumen’s sole discretion.

* These delivery delays are provided for information purposes only and shall in no way constitute strict time limits or an engagement from Lumen to deliver the products within such period of time.

* For orders that cannot benefit of standard shipping at no charge:

i.  The applicable shipping fees will be identified distinctively at the time the transaction takes place; and

ii. Please refer to the Return Policy regarding shipping fees in the context of return.

* No matter if shipping was with or without charge to Customer, Lumen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose upon the Customer any transportation/shipping fees and any other charge, as the case may be, arising out of Lumen or the carrier’s inability to the deliver the product to Customer, for reasons out of their control, such as, but not limited to, incorrect shipping address on file.  Such charges include, without limitation, the shipping fees to reship the product to the Customer.

*This Online shipping Policy can be amended, superseded or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice from Lumen.

 

Online order cancellation or modification Policy

* Online orders may be cancelled or modified by the Customer only if through Lumen’s customer service by calling such service either by email at ecom@lumen.ca or through the chat box from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, subject to the terms contained in the Applicable Conditions which include, without limitation, the following provisions:

* The Customer must have on hand and provide the related order number along with the article number which relate to the transaction the Customer wishes to cancel or modify.

* Lumen may, at its sole discretion, refuse the cancellation or the modification of an online order or impose conditions, restrictions, fees or else in order to provide its consent to such cancellation or modification.

* In any event, the Customer is hereby informed that an online order cannot be cancelled or modified if such order has already been shipped, in whole or in part, by Lumen. 

* In accordance with the Conditions of use, Lumen reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel or modify any order, in whole or in part, at its convenience and in its sole discretion, even if Customer has paid for such order.

Reimbursement

* If, at Lumen’s sole satisfaction, the conditions for the cancellation, modification, limitation or refusal of an order are complied with:

i.  Customer will receive, on the credit card against which the purchase was charged:

a) a reimbursement corresponding to the concerned product purchase price;

b) uniquely in the case where the cancellation, modification, limitation or refusal of the order affects the entirety of such order, a reimbursement of transportation/shipping fees and other charges, as the case may be.

ii. Customer must anticipate an approximate delay of ten (10) days after receiving Lumen’s written confirmation of the order cancellation, modification, limitation or refusal before the transaction is processed in Lumen’s systems and that the information be communicated to the applicable credit card company.

* This Online order cancellation and modification policy may be amended, superseded or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time whatsoever, without notice from Lumen.

 

Online order return Policy

* Within thirty (30) days following the date of shipment of the products by Lumen, Customer may return product that was purchased online, subject to the terms contained in the Applicable Conditions and, without limitation, to the following provisions:

i.   obtaining Lumen’s customer service prior written approval by email at ecom@lumen.ca or by chat box from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST.

ii.  the product must be new, in a resalable condition and in its original packaging;

iii. the product must be associated to the return authorization number obtained from Lumen’s customer service;

iv. Lumen or a carrier of its choice will recuperate the product at the place of delivery contained in the initial order.  No other return method is accepted by accepted by Lumen, including in-branch returns;

v.  It relies on the Customer to package the returned product adequately and securely and to attach to the packaging Lumen’s email containing the return authorization number, failing which, Lumen may, at its sole discretion, refuse the return and not reimburse Customer in accordance with this Return Policy.

* Notwithstanding this Return Policy or any other condition of Lumen being applicable, Lumen reserves the right to limit or refuse any returned product for any reason whatsoever, at its sole discretion.

* Upon receipt of the returned product, despite the fact that the return had previously been approved in writing by Lumen, Lumen reserves the right to refuse such return if, at its sole convenience, Lumen determines that the returned product are not new or in a resalable condition.   In such event, Lumen will contact Customer to take the required measures to return the products back to Customer, at Customer’s expense.

Reimbursement

* If the return conditions provided for in this Return Policy are complied with, to Lumen’s sole satisfaction:

i. A reimbursement corresponding to the purchase price of the returned product will be applied against the credit card used for the applicable transaction purchase, less the transportation/shipping fees and other non-refundable charges, as the case may be.

ii. Customer must expect an approximate delay of ten (10) days after the receipt by Lumen of the product returned before the transaction is accurately recorded in Lumen’s systems and that such is communicated to the applicable credit card company.

* This Return Policy may be amended, superseded or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time whatsoever, without notice from Lumen.

 

Pricing Policy

* The prices indicated on the Platform are in Canadian currency and, without limitation, do not include the applicable Federal and Provincial taxes, shipping fees and other charges.

* The price of the articles announced on the Platform, including without limitation any promotion, rebate or other, may be modified at any time, without notice, as more fully described in the Applicable Conditions.

* The price of the articles announced on the Platform may differ from the prices displayed and available in Lumen branches, in flyers, or as part of promotions offered by Lumen elsewhere than on the Platform or otherwise.  In such event, the Customer is advised that the prices displayed on the Platform supersede any other price and that only the prices, promotions, rebates or other prices displayed on the Platform will apply when ordering online via the Platform.

* Consequently, the Customer is also informed that Lumen’s branches will not honour prices, promotions, rebates or else displayed on the Platform when purchasing in Lumen’s branches.

*Lower price displayed or offered for a same article by another merchant, distributor, manufacturer or other will not be matched, aligned with or honored by Lumen.

* This Pricing Policy may be amended, superseded or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time whatsoever, without notice from Lumen
