* All merchandise purchased online will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the online purchase order within ten (10) days from the date the Customer receives written confirmation from Lumen that the purchased item is in stock and ready for shipment, all subject to terms, conditions, changes, or other adjustments that may be made by Lumen, without notice and at Lumen's sole discretion.

* If an order consists of multiple items, Lumen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to wait until all items are in stock before proceeding with the shipment of the order. In this case, the delivery timeline established in the preceding paragraph will only start on the date the Customer receive a confirmation from Lumen that all items comprising the Customer's order are in stock and ready for shipment. All subject to terms, conditions, changes, or other adjustments that may be made by Lumen, without notice and at Lumen's sole discretion.

* All delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute strict deadlines or a commitment by Lumen to deliver the merchandise within said timelines.

* For orders not eligible for free standard delivery: 

1. Applicable delivery fees will be clearly identified during the transaction

2. Please refer to the Returns Policy for information on delivery fees in the context of a return.

* Whether delivery is free or at Customer's expense, Lumen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge customer for any transportation/delivery and other charges, if any of this, incurred because of Lumen or because the carrier has not been able to deliver the goods to the customer for reasons beyond their control, including, but not limited to, an incorrect shipping address on file. Such fees include, without limitation, delivery fees for reshipping the merchandise to the Customer.

* This Delivery Policy may be altered, replaced, or cancelled, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
